The undersigned DECLARES that the information provided is true and expresses their wish to take part in a tandem skydive organised by the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Centre. I am aware that skydiving, even when properly learnt and practised, involves a number of risks, including the most serious ones, which I voluntarily accept. I therefore fully accept responsibility for any injuries I may suffer or cause for any reason as a result of this activity, and I release the technical and management staff of the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Centre, which belongs to AIRCRUZ S.L., as well as the pilots and owners of any aircraft or facilities that may be used, from any liability.

I understand that the tandem skydive I am about to undertake consists of a freefall jump from between 12,000 and 14,000 feet, accompanied by an instructor, and that it will always be carried out under the supervision of duly certified technicians designated by the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Center, subject to aircraft availability, weather conditions, etc. For these jumps, I must be present on the date agreed upon with the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Center at the location where the activity will take place. I have a maximum of three months from the date of booking to be available, unless, for a fully justified reason, at the sole discretion of the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Center, this period must be extended. As a tandem jumper, I understand that safety in skydiving is an absolute priority. Therefore, at the discretion of the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Center's technicians, jumps may be stopped, suspended, or postponed at any time if weather conditions or any other circumstances warrant it. AIRCRUZ S.L. has the corresponding civil liability insurance, and the instructors have their own accident insurance.In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, I AUTHORIZE the inclusion of my personal data in a computer file owned by Aircruz S.L. for statistical purposes, market research, and to maintain relationships with athletes and clients in general. I may exercise my rights of access, cancellation, rectification, and objection in writing.The Company The Client Booking a tandem jump with us implies knowing, understanding, and fully accepting all these rules, both by the person making the booking and by all the people for whom this person is booking, in the case of a joint booking for two or more people.
Requirements: For the tandem jump, it is necessary to be at least 12 years old, at least 150 centimeters tall, and weigh at least 45 kilos (with written authorization from a parent or legal guardian for those under 18 years of age, using a form we provide). The passenger's weight cannot exceed 100 kg or height 2 meters under any circumstances. (For those over 80 kg, certain wind conditions are required). To participate in a tandem jump, it is essential to complete and sign a data and risk assumption form that we provide (front of this document). You must provide proof of identity and age (ID card/Foreigner's Identity Number/Passport) to be photocopied on the back of the completed data form. A medical certificate is not required, except in cases where it is deemed advisable due to age or other circumstances. Before jumping, you must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of the activity (the content is found at the end of this information).

Equipment and common information: Each person jumps in their own clothes and shoes. A jumpsuit and goggles will be provided. For tandem jumps, you must bring sneakers (not hiking boots) and comfortable, warm clothing (a fleece and warm layers underneath, depending on the time of year). To fully enjoy the jump, it is highly recommended that you get a good night's sleep beforehand. On the day of your jump (and preferably the night before), it is essential to abstain from all alcohol and drugs, legal or illegal. All the airfield facilities are at your disposal and those of your companions during the preparation and execution of your jump.

Freefall filming and photography: If you require freefall filming, this must be arranged in advance, as it is not always possible to offer this service. While freefall video and photo recording is carried out to professional standards, flawless results are not guaranteed. Changing weather conditions can affect the quality of the footage. We will always do our best to maintain the highest standards and capture all the images of your jump, but this is not always possible. Both the camera operator and their equipment work in extreme conditions, and although rare, equipment malfunctions cannot be resolved immediately.Your video may be flawed, not perfectly centered, or show movement or vibrations. In this case, SkydiveAircruz Parachuting Center will issue a €15 refund. It is also possible that a minor part of the jump may be missing, such as the landing, the interview, etc.; however, the freefall itself will never be missed, as it is the essential part of the jump. In these cases, no refund will be issued. Total failure of video equipment is extremely rare, but it can happen. In this case, you will receive a full refund for this service, expressly waiving any claim in this regard.

Suspension or postponement of the activity due to weather, mechanical issues, etc.: Safety in skydiving is an absolute priority, and therefore, at the discretion of the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Center's technicians, the jump activity may be halted, suspended, or postponed at any time if weather, mechanical, or any other reasons so advise. In cases of jump cancellation for these reasons, the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Center may choose another date for the jump on which there are available slots, and no other type of compensation will be provided.Assumption of responsibility by the person booking a tandem jump for any damage, accident or injury that may be suffered (excerpt from the form that must be signed before boarding the plane) I declare that I have not practiced scuba diving in the last twenty-four hours and that I do not suffer from any of the following conditions, which I understand may lead me and other people to a dangerous situation during the jump: Epilepsy, seizures, fainting, dizziness, amnesia, high blood pressure, heart problems, mental illness, alcohol or drug addiction, shoulder dislocation problems, hemophilia, chronic bronchitis, severe asthma, rheumatic fever, liver, kidney or lung diseases, thyroid, adrenal or other gland disorders, bone or joint diseases, blood disorders, severe anemia, chronic ear diseases, sinusitis or any situation that requires the regular use of medication (skydiving can be carried out despite the existence of any (Subject to the above conditions, provided the passenger submits express authorization from their physician).
I declare that I have received the Safety Briefing from the instructors at the SkydiveAircruz Parachuting Center, understanding all the instructions regarding what I must do and how to do it. I declare that I have received information about Dangerous Goods that may not be carried on board the aircraft.
I understand that parachuting is a sport that involves risk and that, even when following all safety regulations, accidents can occur. I am aware, therefore, that sport parachuting is an activity that, even when correctly learned and practiced, involves a series of risks that I voluntarily assume, including the most serious ones. I therefore fully assume responsibility for any damages that I may suffer or cause as a result of this activity, releasing from any liability the members, technicians, and directors of the SkydiveAircruz Parachuting Center, as well as the pilots and owners of any aircraft or facility that may be used. I understand that, in order to minimize the risk of injury, I must raise my legs fifteen seconds before landing and keep them raised so that the instructor can touch the ground first. I understand that safety in skydiving is an absolute priority and, therefore, at the discretion of the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Center technicians, the jump activity may be stopped, suspended, or postponed at any time if weather, mechanical, or any other reasons so advise. In cases of jump cancellation for these reasons, the SkydiveAircruz Skydiving Center may choose another date for the jump on which there are available slots, and no other type of compensation will be provided.
